Bar Nuts

1 and 1/4 lb unsalted nuts (I like pecans, but you can use any kind of them)
2 TBS coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp cayenne
2 tsp dark brown sugar
2 tsp kosher salt
1 TBS butter, melted

1. Preheat oven to 350, bake
2. Spread nuts out on cookie sheet. Toast in oven until golden brown – about 10 min
3. In a large bowl combine rosemary, cayenne, brown sugar, salt and melted butter
4. Add toasted nuts to spice mixture and mix well
