Procedure for Readying Rentals
We have a check list to cover the following area to have the rental unit get ready for rent. We have a list of proved vendors who provide services such as carpet cleaning, blinds cleaning, We also use the Discount Appliance Suppliers who provide the one year warranty to reduce the appliances’ cost for the rental units.
